- designing interfaces & integrate various applications within Global HR Platform, based on SAP and non-SAP integration technologies (ALE, File interface, transactional and master data transfer)
- managing implementation of new functionalities, including gathering business requirements, coordinating development, configuration and testing
- providing day to day support for existing solutions to ensure efficient execution of HR business processes & Data Protection principles
- proactively identifying any improvements in Global HR Portfolio, improving long term systems ustainability
- coordinating tasks which require involvement of multiple internal & external parties
- university degree
- at least 3 years of experience in designing & supporting systems interfaces, integrating SAP and non-SAP applications, based on SAP ALE, Web Services, PI, etc.
- basic knowledge of SAP Integration Programming and ABAP Development
- knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll or Time management processes would be an asset
- good knowledge of English, both written and oral
- ability to manage priorities, plan & deliver in multitasking environment
- the knowledge of project management and application change management principles
- customers perspective in mind in whatever you do
- good communication & presentation skills to be able to explain complex topics in a simple way
- the ability to learn on the fly with analytical mindset & problem solving skills
