- designing system solutions for the Global HR Portal, based on your knowledge of HR processes and business needs
- managing implementation of new functionalities, including gathering business requirements, coordinating development, configuration and testing
- providing day to day support for existing solutions to ensure efficient execution of HR business processes & Data Protection principles
- proactively identifying any improvements in Global HR Portfolio, improving long term systems sustainability
- coordinating tasks which require involvement of multiple internal & external parties
- university degree
- at least 3 years of experience in implementation or support of web applications
- practical knowledge of SAP
- knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP NetWeaver or HR Processes would be an asset
- 2+ years of professional experience working in complex projects
- good level of English, both written and oral
- experience in designing new processes or applications
- ability to manage priorities, plan & deliver in multitasking environment
- the knowledge of project management and application change management principles
- customers perspective in mind in whatever you do
- good communication & presentation skills to be able to explain complex topics in a simple way
- ability to learn on the fly with analytical mindset & problem solving skills
