Analyst with English and German/French/Spanish

For our client, an international banking/financial company, we are urgently looking for Analyst with knowledge of English and second European language (German, French or Spanish).

Job Description

• identify and verify potential risk based on Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering procedures and specific local law requirements
• verify credibility of existing and new clients with regard to reputation risk and international sanctions
• cooperate with foreign business units and participate in Reputational Due Diligence process
• build up and maintain contacts with the Relationship Bankers and Due Diligence Management Europe team members in a designated market, client/product group, sector and regional area through active contact based on case questions and/or issues
• verify documents and agreements in English and French or German or Dutch and report research data to Team Leader respectively

Requirements

• university degree (preferable Banking, Finance, Economics, Philology or similar) or final year student able to work on a full time position
• fluent English written and spoken is required
• very good knowledge of one of the following languages - French, German or Spanish
• experience in operational banking or translations is a plus
• good working knowledge of MS Office tools
• very good analytical and problem solving skills
• willing to work in the area of operational banking
• capable to build and maintain relations with other team members and business partners
• attentive to details and able to prioritize
• discrete and diplomatic
