The duties will include:
- Performing operational activities in area of Accounts Payable, Travel Expenses, Fixed Assets, General and Cash Accounting
- Executing month end closing steps
- Supporting team members in their daily tasks
- Being main contact and first escalation point for the customer
- Conducting regular conference calls
- Performing quality assurance checks
- Supporting Team Leader to ensure meeting SLA
- Escalating operational issues to the Team Leader

We are looking for candidates with:
- Fluent English
- Fluent other European language will be an asset
- Minimum 2,5 years of Experience in SSC/BPO
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer and Business orientation
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of SAP
- University Degree – Accounting/Finance/Economic preferred
