For our Client, new opening company in Cracow, which is building a new structures we are looking for AP, AR or GL Team Leader with French, Czech or Italian.
Key responsibilities:
Key responsibilities:
- Supervision and/or performing AP, AR or GL activities
- Leading a team of AP, AR or GL process specialists including workload management
- On time delivery in line with service level agreements
- Understanding of business needs and priorities and effective interaction with internal customers across EMEA
- Managing KPIs and perform necessary actions when the actual level is below the target
- Contributing to and supporting global process standardization and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of solid work experience in Accounting or Financial area
- Min. 1 year of experience as Team Leader
- Educational background in Finance/ Accounting area
- Fluent English
- Very good Italian or French or Czech
- Solid organization, problem solving & attention to details skills
- Excellent communication, team work and management skills
- Ability to set priorities for work, assign tasks and execute results
