Our Client is an international brand, which has just established a new GBS Centre in Krakow. The scope of operations will include mainly finance processes and currently we are looking for AP professionals who will be a part of newly created structures.
In AP team, based on your experience, your responsibilities will include day to day AP administration, assisting Team Leaders and other team members in resolving complex issues, preparation of variety of reports for management, reviewing and approving of invoices, performing vendor accounts reconciliation and month end activities.
To be successful on this position, you will need to present at least 2 years of experience in the AP area together with very good English knowledge. If you speak German, Italian or French (at least B1 level) it will be considered as an advantage for other AP teams. Very good interpersonal as well as analytical skills are essential as well as good prioritizing and organization skills.
