- Support audit of the claims posted in accordance with client procedures
- Route, raise and manage claim exceptions with external or internal stakeholders
- Ensure that queries related to Travel & Expense are resolved in a timely manner
- Maintain proper records and audit trail of claims in query
- Perform reconciliation between supplier outstanding statement and AP open invoices
- Very good English (B2 level) and knowledge of German/Spanish (B2 level) is nice have
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment, with good Excel command.
