For our Client – international, prestigious organization based in Poznan we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Accounts Payable Senior Accountant with English and Spanish/Italian/French.
Primary responsibilities include: validate and process vendor invoices for the responsible entities within specified deadlines in the ERP system assessing SOX compliance; prepare and ensure that vendor payments are executed within the established payment terms and respecting the payment schedules; analyze and follow-up vendor ageing report and clarify in case of deviations against vendor payment terms – same activity is applicable for late payments; execute finance control at expense reports for responsible entities respecting internal T&E policy and ensure correct and accurate vendor master data for the responsible entities as well as maintaining and updating vendor booking template for the responsible vendors. Moreover you will be responsible for support AP Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager with the implementation and execution of PTP process improvement initiatives, investigate and resolve vendor inquiries related to invoices, payments and vendor reminders as well as follow-up and communicate clearly with all business partners to solve and reduce open invoice documents in the invoice workflow.
The ideal candidate for this role will hold preferably Bachelor degree in Accounting or similar and have good knowledge of office pack is required (Excel, Word, Power point). A suitable candidate will have preferably minimum 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable. Fluency in English and Spanish/Italian/French both written and spoken is a must. We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent communication skills.
