- Processing of accounting transactions in accordance with process documentation
- Matching of PO invoices and coding of non-PO invoices
- Responding to queries from internal and external customer (received via e-mail and/or telephone) in an effective and efficient manner
- Participation in month-end closing for AP
- Processing of Travel & Expense transactions
- Maintaining vendor master and approvers database.
- Taking part in knowledge acquisition process within Accounts Payable
- Preparing process reports
- Taking part in implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Creating and maintaining process documentation.
- Training less-experienced/ knowledgeable coworkers.
- 0-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable Processes (Invoice Processing, Payments, Vendor Master, Vendor Reconciliation, Vendor Query Management)
- University degree in Finance / Accounting would be a plus
- Experience with ERP software would be an advantage
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal), at least B2/C1
- Good Excel knowledge
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
