On behalf of our Client, an international company, we are looking for Candidates for the position of AP Accountant with French and English.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for account assignment (coding) and processing invoices, employee expense reports and other disbursements; preparing payment proposals for all types of disbursements; responding to vendor and internal client inquiries; daily and monthly balancing and reconciling activities; performing the AP sub-ledger close process; preparing monthly accruals and reporting; monitoring and executing internal control procedures.
We are looking for Candidates who are fluent in French and English and have experience on similar position (preferably in international company) min. 2 years. Functional knowledge of the Accounting processes is a must. We are focused on highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to effective time management and ability to meet strict deadlines. Knowledge of Oracle Accounts Payable will be an asset.
