Our client is a global organization that has establishes a new Financial Shared Service Centre in Wrocław, Poland. On behalf of the company we are looking to recruit Procure To Pay (P2P) Accountant.
The main purpose of the role is ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the Financial SSC according to the requirements of Accounts Payable.
Your key responsibilities will include: day to day operations in the Accounts Payable area: handling incoming invoices / credit memos, down payments, reviewing vendor accounts, enriching vendor master data, reconciling vendor accounts, handling of vendor queries and payment reminders. We also require adherence to SLA’s as well as company’s policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role you should possess about 3 years of similar experience in SSC / BPO environment, University degree in economics / finance, knowledge of SAP FI. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in Accounts Payable, able to read, write and communicate in English as well as in Italian with good keyboard and data entry speed and a team spirit.
As you will take part in transition of accountancy processes, you need to be available for short-term business travels (2 to 6 weeks periods)
