For our client, international company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and reliable candidate for the newly formed role of AP Accountant in a recently established Shared Service Centre team.
Within this fast paced role, you will be responsible for processing invoices with speed and accuracy. You will be responsible for the initial part of the invoice lifecycle, including data input and managing various email inboxes. You will deliver against agreed SLAs and will report performance on a weekly basis to the Group FC. Key responsibilities will be: purchase ledger data entry, process control and reporting, manage the process for coding of invoices to ensure it happens quickly and efficiently, set-up and maintenance of supplier accounts.
To be successful on this position you should have experience in accounts payable (in a BPO/ SSC environment will be a plus); finance based degree would be nice to have. The successful applicant must be fluent in both spoken and written English. You should also be a very organised individual with a high level of attention to detail. This role will suit a positive team player who can work well to deadlines.
