The primary objective of Team Leader role is to plan, lead, organize and control a sub team of a financial cycle in a Shared Services Centre, either Invoice Care or Cash & Vendor Care in STP (Source-to-Pay) or Collection in CTC (Contract-to-Cash). The Team Lead will be in charge of the planning and execution of accounting and financial activities within the team, in order to maximize the effectiveness of services provided to Europe and EMEA Countries.

• Day to day operational management: manage, coordinate and delegate the execution of the financial services assigned to the sub team
• People management: lead, coach, evaluate, develop and hire Team Members within the sub team
• Internal Controls / Quality assurance: ensure that the prescribed related cycle internal & SOX controls are executed in order to guarantee completeness, correctness and security of key financial data and accounting transactions
• Build relationships with customers
• Follow-up on SLAs and metrics reporting
• Leading and participating in projects as required (e.g. system implementation)
• Process improvement

• Degree Standard Education (Accounting/Equivalent)
• Knowledge of local GAAP and US GAAP/IFRS requirements
• Fluency in English; each additional European language is a plus
• A minimum of 2 years’ practical experience in a multinational finance environment
• A proven ability to lead a team
