For our Client – international, prestigious organization based in Poznan we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of AP Manager with German.

The key responsibilities are: operational and disciplinary management of teams, including annual appraisals, regular monitoring of teams’ performance by developing process oriented KPIs and goal setting. You would be responsible for providing high quality and efficient services for other company’s entities in line with SLA agreements. One of the duties would be standardization and optimization of P2P processes in scope of SSC as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives (KAIZEN). Active taking part in migration of accounting processes from local organizations to SSC by making central-local-splits, designing processes, planning of necessary resources and supporting employees during work-shadowing on site is part of scope responsibilities. High creativity and ability to think out-of-box connected with high negotiation skills would be outstanding assets. You should be able to conduct a wide range of regular interactions with various stakeholders, both internal (various departments of company entities worldwide) and external (company suppliers, auditors, other shared service centers etc.).
 As ideal Candidate you should have 5 years previous experience managerial finance positions (accounting, audit or controlling), preferably in the area of Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing. Apart from experience, you should present a University degree in Finance and Accounting or Financial Audit with a certified accountant degree (equivalent to ACCA) or certified auditor (equivalent to CPA). You should possess a solid knowledge of accounting standards (including IFRS), taxes and corporate law. Good knowledge of Lean Management and continuous improvement methodologies would be an asset. High fluency in German and English language is a must, other foreign languages would be an asset.
