Currently, for our Client, we are looking for AP Team Leader to join a new Global Shared Service Center based in Warsaw.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for coaching and managing the team of AP Accountants (setting priorities, organization work of the team, managing escalated issues ), taking part in a migration process, driving continuous improvements, ensure the teams fulfillment of the requirements in regards to Accounts Payable process. Moreover, AP Team Leader will be responsible for contact with external auditors and other units.
The Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AP area and in team management. Fluent English is required. Experience in a transition will be a plus. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP system is desirable. Also, if you have well developed analytical skills, strong organizational, time-management skills and ability to work within a problem solving environment, send us your CV.
