For our Client an international company based in Poznań we are looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Accounts Payable Team Leader with French.
AP Team Leader with French
Poznań
Main responsibilities:
- Managing, supervising and leading AP team
- Ensuring that service delivery of all processes performed by the team meet performance/quality standards
- Providing technical support to team members
- Initiating the process improvements where necessary
- Ensuring that processes and operating procedures are clearly defined, up-to-date and documented
- Analyzing complex problems and make decisions in a timely manner
- Analyzing and make recommendations with respect to important process issues
- Day-to-day managing and coordinating of team resources
- Efficiently delegating issues to the team members
- Coaching team members
Requirements:
- University degree in economics or business administration with major in accounting/ finance
- Min. 4 years of experience in finance/accounting
- Experience in supervising and motivating team
- Strong accounting operations knowledge
- Very good knowledge of SAP FI or other accounting IT system
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
- Operational team management and leadership skills
