You will be responsible for:
- leading team covering P2P process for EMEA (language dependent tasks)
- monitoring and managing workload within the team
- acting as first internal and external escalation point for matters related to the team
- being involved in daily operations if needed
- driving cooperation with IBM team in Naga if needed
We are looking for candidates with:
- fluent French
- fluent English
- 3-4 years of Team Leader or at least TL-s back up experience
- motivation to face challenges, ability to motivate people and lead by example
- client oriented approach
- attitude focused on proactive identifying and resolving issues
- team player attitude
- strong communication skills and positive attitude to work, open-minded
- ability to work under the time and result pressure
- great attention to details
- accounting processes knowledge as an asset
