Application Administrator
Location: Wrocław

Responsibilities:
- configuration and maintenance of BMC Remedy ITSM system,
- 2nd Line support for the BMC Remedy ITSM users,
- participation in implementation and/or change projects,
- be proactive and continuously work on improvements.
Requirements:
- bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or related,
- several years of experience in supporting and maintaining large applications,
- strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- experience in customer contacts will be an asset,
- experience working with Incident, Problem and/or Change Management is a bigplus,
- experience working with BMC Remedy is a big plus,
- good English skills.
