As a System Engineer, you will work in a dynamic team that is based in Wroclaw.
Successful candidates will have:
- Ability to design, build and maintain applications in an Agile environment.
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills:
- You will be able to understand our partners’ requirements and quickly resolve any potential issue both in the project or in the productive environment.
- Fluent in English (negotiation level), German preferable
- Provide in depth technical knowledge as part a multi-disciplinary team
- A proven track record of delivering in a similar environment:
- Experience in integration, migration or system projects on development or L3 support
- Improving and refactoring legacy code bases
- Incident management, problem analysis in a complex environment with remote, multi-tiered installations.
Core
- Advanced English, able to communicate with customer, team player
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a System Engineer
- Good documentation and interpersonal skills. High communication skills and proactivity required. We are looking for pro-active engineers who are ready to help us set-up efficient up-to-date processes and facilitate solving any impediments with delivery.
- Experience in Software Development Projects and good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life cycle) is required.
- Ready to get knowledge in wide platforms
- Ideally to an experience in Agile
- Advanced Unix/Linux/Solaris Shell/Bash scripting, experience in administration like installation packages creation

Set of solutions are using in a large Investment Bank for process and archive all artefacts according to security and regulatory rules. They have a complex architecture based on UNIX (Solaris, Linux), Oracle, IBM products (CMOD) and OpenText products (CS, LEA, LES and OAS). The solutions hosted on UNIX and WebSphere, integrated with TSM, CMOD and SnapLock and using Oracle for storing meta-data as a staging area.
Due to our customer plans, newcomers have to start in Krakow and then relocate to Wroclaw during 2016 year.
