• Lead and mentor a small team of developers
• Have 1+ years of experience in working on small software scrum/agile teams
• Have a technical background with building and maintaining homegrown and off the shelf solutions with an IT focus
• Perform as a contributing member of an agile team using software development techniques to produce, maintain and support software solutions
• Support the development of new and improve existing functionality of the systems and tools that support asset tracking and portfolio management
• Participate in design and implementation activities
• Provide accurate effort estimates for projected work and participate in daily stand-ups and bi-weekly sprint reviews
• Participate in code reviews and feedback
• Ensure solutions are robust and maintainable, and delivered on time
• Identify and resolve complex issues
• Work closely with learning strategy and development team members to shape and deliver features
• Understand how important it is to develop people and make sure they are properly trained and skilled
• Bring people together, address performance and encourage growth of team members

• Have excellent communication skills
• Participates on functional project teams as required. 
• Work effectively with a geographically dispersed cross-functional team
• Proficient with English verbal and written communication.

• Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline; prior IT management experience preferred.
• Know what the process of software production and deployment is and how to make it most effective
• Have a thorough understanding of data security, data integration and UX strategies as part of the application development cycle
• Ability to find innovative solutions to mitigate dependencies and risks for deliverables
• Experience in modern software development practices, principles, and tools
• Multitask and work on a diverse range of solutions
• Work with teams across different time zones as needed
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to constant change
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build enthusiasm in team members
