Mostly you will:
participate in process of application performance baselining and troubleshooting cases.
- Perform application and network testing to identify key performance characteristics.
- Offer expertise in projects related to application and network performance management (SME role)
- Provide level 3 support (in terms of ITIL) for network and application performance troubleshooting incidents
- Assist with analysis needed for creation of systems management and maintenance tools.
- Contribute to knowledge capital related to the concepts of network and application performance management areas
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field supplemented by vendor certifications
- Deep understanding and knowledge of TCP/IP protocols stack.
- Practical knowledge of Wireshark and HTTPWatch, other analytical tools are welcome.
- Understanding of networking concepts: Routing, Switching, Quality of Service, DNS/DHCP, firewall, VPN, VoIP/IP Telephony.
- Organized analytical and troubleshooting approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills (technical and business English)
