For our client, international global leader of measurement & precision instruments for many sectors, we are currently looking for a person to fullfil the position of:
Application Support Engineer
The person will join fast growing Software Factory Team in Warsaw.
Applications Support Engineer will be responsible for providing support to company’s applications. The position will be a single point of contact for end-users technical issues, service requests and will also be acting as a technical expert assisting sales department. The role includes travelling to customers, mostly in EMEA region.

The role includes travelling to customers, mostly in EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Providing end-users support via e-mails, phone and face to face
- Providing support in customer projects off- and on-site
- Resolving issues utilizing excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills, technical reasoning skills
- Giving regular feedback to external and internal customers
- Developing software products (testing, finding problems, writing technical specifications)
Requirements:
- Technical Degree
- Excellent English skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Technologies
- Experience in IT support
- WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL (even up to 50%)
