Application Support Engineer

You will be a good match if you:

Have experience in 3rd support line
Have good knowledge of SQL (Oracle)
Know scripting language (preferred Python)
Speak English very well

You get extra points for:

Experience in Java and JavaScript
Experience in web services (SOAP, REST)

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:

Issue ticket verification
Preparing tasks to development teams
Developing automation scripts
Developing diagnostic tools
