Application Support Engineer

You are a good match if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience as DB Administrator / Systems Operator
- Are familiar with Python (or other scripting language)
- Have hands-on experience as a third line support
- Are truly interested in SQL
- Are Highly skilled in regards of IT areas (UNIX / Windows, networks, data transfer protocols & databases)
- Aware of common security terms
- Well organized & motivated to make decisions quickly
You get extra points for:
- Experience in working with other scripting languages
- SOAP, REST knowledge
- Knowledge of tasks management systems ie. Jira
- speak English very well
You will be responsible for:
- Issue ticket verification
- Cooperating closely with development teams
- Developing diagnostic tools and automation scripts
