Job Description

• Provide high quality support services to all users across the business on a range of different technologies.
• Provide expertise and support on local and international project development.
• Deliver training and support to end-users.
• Keep technical documentation and procedures up to date.
• Diagnose and / or resolve technical issues.
• Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex issues for end-users.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and analyse application root cause issues.
• Ensure the smooth running of the ticketing system.
• Assign tickets and ensure proper follow up until closure.

Wymagania

Qualifications

• Diploma, Master or Engineering in computer science or other relevant degree.
• 1 - 2 years working experience in an application support environment.
• Previous experience in a helpdesk environment.
• Ability to manage SLA"s.
• Experience with support of Web-based business applications.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS and ITIL.
• Excellent organization skills, ability to systematize and prioritize.
• Customer service experience and problem solving skills.
• Patience and understanding.
• Investigation & diagnostic skills.
• Fluency in English and French required.
