Your new role
Working as an Application Support Specialist you will be responsible for receiving incidents and requests, analyzing them and responding/escalating it to the other IT teams.
The focus will be in supporting in Linux & Java.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have good understanding of customer care environment, strong Linux and analytical skills and experience with Java application server operation and troubleshooting (Tomcat/Websphere) Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must.
