Application Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a department designed to reduce and automate the enormity of work and diagnose problems.
- Automate the process and building new Web API for support tools
- Automate of applications and write scripts in Powershell
- Work between engineers and suport stuff
- Investigation of Win10 incidents and problems.
- Documenting support issues
- Optimization of the support department's work
- System performance analysis
- Diagnose system performance
- Work form home: 1 day a week
Essential Skills:
- Support knowledge of Windows NT, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Edge and Skype.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on laptops, desktops, virtual machines.
- Experience with programming using: Angular 5, Web API, PowerShell
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Management Console
- Great communication skills in English
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows Performance Analysis
- Experience in Active Directory
- Working knowledge of Windows Resource Monitor, Performance Monitor
- Experience with Native Operating Systems
