My Client is seeking an Application Support Team Leader to join our international, industry leading client in their Wroclaw office.
This role will require you to manage and develop a team of .Net Application Specialists in order to achieve high service levels of application support and maintenance.
The team will also work on new development projects.

As the Applications Support Team Leader you will possess the following responsibilities:
- Interface with internal business departments and functions to manage the service level expected from the Applications team
- Act as a member of the technical design authority, ensuring consistent technical design and architecture
- Assist in the delivery of and management against the Retail IS strategic roadmap, policies, budget and internal control requirements - this includes objective setting for direct reports and monitoring to ensure alignment with roadmap targets
- Contribute to setting and delivery of Application Support team objectives
Experience and skills required:
- Excellent systems engineering and application development skills with ASP.Net and C#
- Managing a service-focused applications support and development team
- Excellent project and people management skills
- Expert in delivering solutions using best practice software development methodologies such as Unified Software Development Process, both waterfall and agile
- Ability to prioritise and be flexible to change those priorities at short notice
- Commercial acumen
