• support the business located globally as 3rd line IT specialist
• resolving incidents and ticket management
• routine maintenance and administration for all services
• liaising with technical and business teams

• at least 1 year experience in 3rd line applications support
• excellent knowledge of MS-Office
• good understanding of client server architecture including server and client side application installation, virtual machines and program compiling
• understanding of browser application installation
• familiarity with a Change process in an Enterprise environment
• an understanding of Citrix use and principals
• experience in SQL (job creation, back-up and recovery, process monitoring) will be an asset
• positive and effective approach to problem solving
• good team player skills
• due to working in an international environment very good English (written and spoken) is a must
