For our Client – international, prestigious organization based in Poznan we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Accounts Receivable Senior Accountant with English and Spanish/Italian/French.
The key responsibilities are: processing daily AR and AP payments, investigate payment discrepancies, performing collections actions, follow-up of outstanding queries/disputes follow up on customer payments, payments plans and escalations if necessary. You will also be responsible for unblocking acceptable orders according in line with the credit policy and escalate to analysts when needed and perform credit analyses for credit limits. One of the daily duties will be also performing AR inter-company reconciliation; follow-up and manage AR ledger accounts, preparing month end reconciliations and produce monthly reporting as well.
As ideal Candidate you should have 3 years previous experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Finance Degree or Finance Courses and in-depth knowledge of accounting and taxes (vat). Apart from experience you should speak fluent English and Spanish/French/Italian on a professional level. Knowledge of other European languages would desirable. We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent communication skills.
