Your new company - an international organization based in Poznan, we are currently looking for experienced Candidates for the position of Financial Analyst/AR Accountant with English.
Your new role is to supporting the Client Finance Team, with responsibilities primarily in work in Accounts Receivables (AR) management including billing, collections, and pricing analytics; implementing new procedures and streamlining existing procedures as necessary, as well as ensuring compliance with established revenue recognition policies and monitoring and managing credit holds.
What you'll need to succeed is an university degree, preferably in Finance and Accounting and at least 1 year of professional experience in Finance & Accounting with knowledge of project accounting and accounts receivable. Excellent verbal and written language skills in English (C1 - CEFR* or equivalent) are a must. The ideal candidate should be characterized by excellent analytic thinking, problem structuring and problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, strong process focus and drive for results, ability to work and stay focused under pressure. Knowledge of French or German will be an advantage.
