- Resolving incoming customer inquiries regarding invoicing, contract management, license provisioning, as well as account cancellations and reductions
- Resolving escalated internal and external customer situations
- Handling issues in the best interest of both customer and company
- Updating billing contact information
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries and escalations
- Processing and recording payments for credit card customers
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
- Basic knowledge of accounting area
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
- Additional languages German or French (min. B2)
- Proficient in Google sheets and CRM applications
- Attention to detail, apply judgement on the job and the ability to effectively multi -task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- University diploma (Economy, Finance, Accounting)
- Experience of BPO area nice to have
