Summary
Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform Order to Cash process as per Business rules which include CMD, Cash Application, Sales/Sundry
- Invoice processing/Dunning/Bad Debts Write-Off/query handling etc.
- Ensure that the daily targets are met as per the KPI/SLA
- Work with Team leader/Manager in reducing the unapplied cash/On account
- Self / Peer reviews of transactions completed
- Propose potential improvement opportunities
You have
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounts
- Receivable area
- Good knowledge of English language (min. B2 both written and German language (min. B2 both written and verbal)
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with targets
- University degree in Finance / Accounting must have
- Good knowledge on Agresso would be an asset
