- Resolving incoming customer inquiries regarding invoicing, contract management, license provisioning, as well as account cancellations and reductions
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries based on SLA metrics
- Resolving escalated internal and external customer situations
- Handling issues in the best interest of both customer and company
- Updating billing contact information
- Obtaining and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and escalations
- Processing and recording payments for credit card customers
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of inquiries and all customer comments
- Communicating and coordinates with internal departments
- Experience on AR Accounting area of 1-3 years
- Good knowledge of Spanish (at least B2)
- Good knowledge of English
- Good understanding of working with B2B customers, across all customer groups including very small businesses
- Experience of BPO will be good to have, although not essential
- Proficient in google sheets and CRM applications
- Empathy and effective customer management
- Attention to detail, apply judgement on the job and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Good time management, prioritization skills and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure
