AR/AP Accountant

For our Client, a new Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, dedicated to an international company, we are looking for a person who will hold the position of AP/AR Accountant with English.

In this role you will be responsible for keeping supervisor updated of process issues, investigating processing errors in respective area of responsibility and execute resolution process, suggesting recommendations and ideas to deliver continuous process improvement, preparing supplier payment proposals, responding to Accounts Receivable queries from customers and other companies, creating new customer master records, processing billing, raising invoices for intercompany charge-backs and preparing a monthly aged debt reporting.

A successful candidate needs minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Additionally, fluency in English is a must. Experience in SSC environment will be a strong asset. Knowledge of MS Office products is required. Candidate should be a well-organised person who has analytical and communications skills.
