AR Collection Clerk with Spanish

We are looking for an AR Collection Clerk with Spanish, who will join our team based in Kraków office. The main responsibility of this role is delivering a high level of customer service in Collection activities for Spain including:
- customer chasing
- following on the customer's account
- following and preparing daily reporting on business request
A regular day at work:
- Perform collection process for Spanish entity: contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment
- Delivering a high level of customer service: Analyses of the situation on customer accounts
- Following up on overdue accounts
- Participating in a resolution of unclear payments
- Evaluating customer account and payment history
- Supporting other team members in achieving team and individual goals
- Elaboration of reports (periodical and upon request)
- Regular communication with a local manager
- Preparing process maps and desktop procedures, if needed

- Have great communication skills and excellent telephone manner.
Education & Experience:
- Working experience in customer service with specific experience in Collection/Query and Dispute Management/ Accounts Receivable would be an asset
- Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) and Good command of English
- University degree
- Knowledge of AR accounting principles, activities and processes would be an asset
- Good understanding of SAP would be an asset
- Working knowledge of MS Office package
