This function involves managing team responsible for collection calls and cases, documentation of collection contacts and relevant customer payment information, contact with account executives and management, partner / reseller and sales supporting organizations, and final demands to the write-off stage based on company policies and procedures. Service Provider will be responsible for invoices that are mid-market accounts, small business accounts, and credit cards, as requested by company.
- Workload distribution and monitoring

- Metrics analysis – implementing mitigating and correcting actions in case they are not met
- Daily contact with the Client and Global Lead
- Preparing reports
- Updating documentation
- Maintaining backup structure in the Team
- Conducting and supporting team meetings
- Maintaining proper knowledge level of the Team through trainings and updating documentation
- Performing collections activities
- Participating in internal and external audits
- Identifying improvement fields, promoting and participating in quality projects
- Graduate with prior B2B collections experience
- Fluent in English
- Additional language (French, German, Spanish) is a plus
- Good written communication skills preferred
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer/client relationships
- Attention to detail, apply judgement on the job and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Good time management, prioritization skills and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure
- Experience of BPO will be good to have, although not essential
- Team management or coordination experience
