We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AR/O2C Specialist with German to join our O2C team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with customer.
- Invoicing and Billing: Generate and send accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Payment Processing: Monitor and process incoming payments, ensuring they are applied correctly to customer accounts.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving billing issues promptly.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, providing insights to management on outstanding balances and collection efforts.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the AR/O2C process, implementing best practices and automation where possible.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or order-to-cash processes ( min 1 year)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
