Your new company
This global company’s shared service centre located in Katowice is a rapidly growing organisation with stable employment conditions. Due to development of finance department a new role of AR Team Leader has been created.

Your new role
The role will involve supervising the process of raising the invoices and sending them to customers worldwide. You will create, implement and supervise the cash collection process. You'll manage the cash collection activities of the team by identifying the crucial customers, proposing the way of dealing with the overdue accounts, setting up priorities. You'll monitor and review of receivables accounts. You'll also supervise the process of Customer Master Data Management. As a Team Leader you'll manage the team of approx. 5 people - set up and monitor KPIs of team members, ensure that the team meets the requirements of SLA, maintain a high level of employee engagement throughout training and coaching as well as drive the team to provide the highest level of service. You'll also be expected to recommend and implement process improvements..

What you'll need to succeed
Your several years of experience in Cash Collection/ Accounts Receivable will lead you to your success. Experience in team management will also be useful. You speak fluent English, so you'll be able to easily communicate in an international environment. You have advanced knowledge of MS Excel, you might have also worked with Oracle.
