On behalf of our Client, a large international company, we are looking for candidates for the position of:
AR Supervisor
województwo: dolnośląskie
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enhance team and individual performance,
- Prepare and facilitate team meetings to ensure information sharing and communication flow,
- Provide high quality of internal and external customer service,
- Demonstrate experience in delivering strong performance against challenging targets,
- Provide individual coaching & support,
- Communicating with internal and external customer (phone and email contact),
- Report KPI's to center management and internal and external customer.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of Accounting/Finance experience/ Economic in accounting, especially in AR
- Very good knowledge of English,
- Knowledge of the second language will be an advantage,
- Master degree, preferably in accounting/finance/ Economic,
- Precision and ability to work with figures,
- Proactive approach to process improvements,
- Experience on similar position,
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
