For our Client – international, prestigious organization based in Poznan we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Accounts Receivable Senior Team Leader Accountant with English.

The key responsibilities are: following up on ACR reporting for entities under SSC supervision as well as maintain and communicate policies, procedures, manuals, flowcharts and projects related to the order to cash processes with the support of the OTC manager. You will also be responsible for supporting OTC Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager with the implementation and execution of AR process improvements initiatives. One of day to day duties will be supervision and coaching of team members with regards to order to cash activities in coordination with the OTC Manager and support AR Manager with preparation of team meetings, set up team objectives, 1-1 meetings and mid-year / year-end performance appraisals.

As ideal Candidate you should have 5 years previous experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) in multinational environment, Finance Degree or Finance Courses and in-depth knowledge of accounting and taxes (vat). Apart from experience you should speak fluent English on a professional level. Any other European language will be highly valued. We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent communication skills.
