We are looking for someone who will take active role in setting up technical standards for Skanska residential and commercial projects.
Within your duties as Architecture and Structure Project Leader you will participate in both design and execution phase of the project. You will be responsible for controlling of project documentation and then, during the execution phase you will cooperate with project teams to monitor the quality of works. You will be part of the Technical Quality Team supporting Project Managers in delivering profitable residential and commercial projects. Your role is connected with establishing and maintaining right technical standards for Skanska projects.
We are looking for Civil Engineer with at least 4 years of experience from construction, commercial or residential development. You are a perfect Candidate for us if you have the knowledge on technical solutions used in residential and commercial buildings. You are self driven and engaged person with proactive approach. You are curious and eager to update your knowledge. You are able to communicate and cooperate within different teams showing emotional maturity. You are motivated by personal responsibility, patient with a structured way of working. You are ready to travel at least 50 % of your time to CDE countries. You are fluent in English.
