For our Client – one of the largest European roof window company, we are looking for Area Sales Manager.
The person on this position will be responsible for acquiring and growing the number of outlets in-line with company target and presenting company solutions to key decision makers in target and / or existing organizations that can affect and grow sales. In this role you will be working across an area level with strategic partners, continually looking at all opportunities to up-sell product offering, illustrating cash and margin growth to customers as part of managing their roof window category.
The candidate will be responsible for sales to retail outlets, roof window installers and distributors in the given area. The position will be implementing strategies and promotions, managing and developing accounts in-line with company strategy and ensuring that staff at outlet level are motivated and supported to make a success of the agreement. Moreover, working on this position you will be responsible for negotiations and sales growth of accounts positioned within the designated area, constantly striving for new ways to grow market share and introduction of company products from inception to completion.
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years sales experience on independent position - developing relations with distribution network preferably on construction market. Good English, knowledge and understanding of the designated market (both suppliers and customer), driver licence and working knowledge of Windows office is a must. Moreover, ideal Candidate should have high level of communication and negotiation skills. You should be customer and results focused, good team player and also able to work remotely .
