Our Client, internationally recognized fastening and sealing applications supplier, is looking for a highly skilled professional for the Area Sales Representative who will be responsible for Swietorzyskie region.

Opis stanowiska

Establish new relations and develop sales to the final clients and OEMs
Identify potential opportunities with new and existing customers
Encourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistance
Elaborate proposals and coordinate other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Prepare budget plans and prepare appropriate documentation
Manage complaints; solve all issues to ensure customer's needs and improve their satisfaction
Manage relationship with clients and CRM application
Analyze competition, market trends and needs in order to identify business development opportunities
Perform according to company strategy in terms of business development and product management
Implement marketing activities in cooperation with Product Managers

Kogo szukamy

Technical Education on MSc level (machinery, mechatronics)
2-3 years of proven experience in selling technical solutions for the industry
Natural talent to influence, negotiate, sell and maintain positive relationships with clients
Very good organizational, presentation, planning and communication skills
Independent, goal-driven team player with outgoing personality
Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Fluency in English or German (verbal and written skills)
Driving License
