Responsibilities
- Build a successful strategy for an allocated office and logistics portfolio to secure investors business goals
- Be a key player regarding to asset value creation and growth
- Prepare necessary monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports of portfolio
- Create and review annual budgets
- Undertake periodic asset reviews and detailed analysis
- Supervise leasing and property management teams
- Manage marketing and PR activities
Requirements
- Masters Degree within business, finance or real estate
- At least 6-8 years of experience in asset management area (office and logistics portfolio)
- Extensive knowledge of asset management processes
- Specialist knowledge of financial management in relation to managing a property portfolio
- Fluent English (C1)
