Assistant Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Warszawa
Job description
Provides direct subordinate assistance to the Maintenance Supervisor in the Office, Residential and Functional portfolios by supervising the multi-trade workforce of up to 40 workers including plumbers, HVAC's, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Locksmiths, Janitors, Gardeners, etc.
Requirements
- At least two years of college studies
- Four years of progressively responsible experience in the maintenance area such as journeyman, mechanic, supervisory and maintenance inspection, or planning and estimating
- Team managing experience
- Good English
- Fluent Polish
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
