Assistant Product Manager
Miejsce pracy: Opole
Main responsibilities:
- Management of the excursions system: adding new excursions (local tours and activities in over 20 countries), changing and updating information about products, monitoring of reservation panel;
- Contacting clients and suppliers to inform about reservations;
- Responding to customer inquiries;
- Sales and booking reporting;
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Polish– a necessary requirement;
- 1-2 years of experience - travel industry or customer service experience preferred;
- Great communication skills - ability to effectively build relationships and communicate through a variety of communication channels;
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task effectively;
- Attention to detail;
- Persistence when facing challenging situations;
- Bachelor Degree in tourism is a plus but not required.
