Job description
- supervising timesheet submissions for consultants,
- high-level and administrative expense assignments and processing administrative and financial data
- ensuring work in compliance with country and office specific accounting regulations and policies
- analytical support
- problem solving and data interpretation
Candidate
- Education within: F&A or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of professional experience in the area of general accounting (internships included)
- Good verbal and written language skills on fluent level: English (min. B2) & German (min. B2)
- Solid MS Office skills (Excel and Word)
- Analytical thinking and good problem solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail combined with ability to see the bigger picture
- Strong drive for results
- Ability to work and stay focused when working with a deadline
- Solid communication skills over the phone and via email
- Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
