Associate QA Lead
Warsaw Ursynów
Responsibilities:
- Bug vetting in line with established processes
- Line management of QA Technicians
- Leading and guiding the team on assigned tasks and/or project
- Professional communication with clients on areas of ownership, as defined by supervisor
- Keeping track of overall progress, metrics and noteworthy findings on assigned tasks and projects
- Keeping track of and communicating staffing requirements and absences
- Preparing daily reports and other deliverables as requested
- Performing testing duties as and when required
- Evaluation of testing staff in the monthly ‘Tester Evaluation’ system
Requirements:
- Real passion for games
- Proven experience as a QA Technician in gaming industry
- Familiarity with console, mobile, PC, VR setup and settings
- Knowledge of different bug databases
- Excellent communication skills in English language – both oral and written
- People management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to perform under time constraints and multitask
