Asystent ds. rekrutacji
Twój zakres obowiązków:
Identyfikacja nowych, skutecznych źródeł pozyskiwania kandydatów;
Przygotowanie oraz publikacja ogłoszeń na portalach rekrutacyjnych i w mediach społecznościowych;
Organizacja rozmów i spotkań z kandydatami;
Współpraca z partnerami zewnętrznymi jak np. uniwersytety, biura karier itp.;
Udział w działaniach z zakresu EB.
Nasze wymagania:
Wykształcenie wyższe (lub w trakcie studiów);
Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne;
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego;
Samodzielność, bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej oraz umiejętność koordynacji wielu zadań jednocześnie;
Umiejętność szybkiego uczenia się;
Doświadczenie na stanowisku o pokrewnym profilu będzie dodatkowym atutem.
